 Return & Exchange PolicyDomestic Order:EXCHANGES

We Taaraka Creations are committed to design and manufacture products of best quality and fit.
However, if in case the product doesn’t fit your size, we are happy to help you with a hassle-free exchange process.
All you need to do is to initiate an exchange request through our website with the particular order number within 7 days from the date of delivery of your order.
Exchange eligibility: The product(s) requested for exchange should in resalable condition. It should not be used, washed, worn and must be returned with intact tags and original packaging.

Steps to initiate Exchange process through website:
- Go to Return/Exchange Portal taaraka.co.in available at the bottom of the website page.
- Enter your Order Number and Email ID/Zip Code/Contact Number. Click on ‘Find My Order’ to go to next page.
- Choose the products that you wish to exchange along with the required new size and complete the process.
- Our team will review your exchange request within 24-48 hours and will share further details with you through email or call. Alternatively, you can contact us through E-mail at taarakacreations@gmail.com or WhatsApp at 9567230333 with your RMA ID.
- The team will arrange the reverse pickup on your shipping address mentioned in the order details. Handover the package to the assigned pickup agent and make sure to collect the pickup receipt from the agent.
- The requested size will be dispatched to you, once we receive the previous shipment which is returned for exchange.
- In case, the requested size is unavailable, we will share ‘Taaraka Credits’ with you.

RETURNS
- In case of returns, all the above-mentioned steps have to be followed to initiate the return request.
-Once the product(s) is delivered to us and the quality checking process is completed. The team will provide you ‘taaraka Credits’ worth the value of the returned product that can be used for a future purchase from the website. The credits will be available in your account and the same will be valid for 3 months.
-All the return and exchange requests can be raised only once per order.

REFUNDS
"All refunds will be processed/credited in a form of 'Taaraka Credits' that can be used for future purchases."


FOR UNSERVICIABLE PIN-CODES:
- In case, your PIN code is unserviceable for reverse pickup with our courier team, we would request you to self-ship the product to us at the following address through a reputed courier service:

-The tracking details and the receipt of the courier charges needs to be shared with our team to reimburse the courier charges.
- We will review the return order and initiate exchange/refund process. We will not be responsible for any lost packages and your request will be processed only if the product is delivered to us.

International Orders:Exchange/Return Policy:
We do not have an exchange/return/refund policy for the International orders.
